Looking for a church with spirit filled worship and praise, powerful prayer and relevant contemporary teaching?
Your new church will shortly be launching in Abergavenny, to keep up to date with all the church plant news you can follow us on Facebook or Twitter. The latest Abergavenny church plant news will be posted on the pastors blog and you’ll get notice of any updates. Follow us now and be ready to get involved in a new worship experience for the town.
Obviously any age can join us in our praise and worship to God but our style and music is aimed directly at the 20 – 35 group. So it’s great modern worship from Hillsong, Nichole C Mullen and Matt Redman instead of traditional hymns and it’s short scriptural motivational messages from the Bible in place of those long drawn out sermons.

Watching the impacts of the floods on people in Pakistan is heart breaking even more so when you hear stories and reports of Christians being denied aid because of their faith. For Christian around the world this should be of real concern – that their brothers and sisters in Christ are being denied aid in some regions of the country because the aid is being provided by Islamic organisations.
At Ypraise Galatians 6:10 is a central verse and fundamental foundation in our belief, Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.
As the flood waters start to subside we want to see Christian churches rebuilt quickly but even more important is we want to see the homes of Christian families in Pakistan rebuilt quickly as a glorification to God and Jesus. To help this to happen we’ve launched the Galatians 6:10 fund raising project to help us to raise money that will be given directly to churches in Pakistan to invest into their congregations so they can rebuild their homes, restart businesses or replant the fields.
We believe that each and every Christian has a real obligation to help his brothers and sisters in times of need, this is what being in a family is all about. It’s about the family of God coming together to help those in times of need.
As Christians we should not expect our fellow believers to wait on the world to come to their aid, it’s our task to take on the responsibility that God has given us to watch over and help each other. This is a real opportunity for God’s glory to shine in a predominately Islamic country. There should be no delays or begging from our fellow Christians for funds to help rebuild their lives and churches – those of us who have should be there ready to give and to rebuild the lives of those Christans who have lost everything.
The international call for funds have failed to produce the sums needed to tackle the disaster and the aid that has materialized has been slow to come in. The Christian community of Pakistan should not be waiting for help. As Christians we should be ready and willing to help those believers going through times of need – we should not be slow to respond. Any money that we manage to raise will be given directly to Christians and Christian churches to help them recover from this situation. We want to ensure that people of the region sees that the one true God will watch over, protect and meet the needs of those who follow Him.
