If you just need the occasional bit of help with your web site and online marketing then our Virtual Assistant facility is ideal for you. You just purchase a set number of hours and then when you need help just call us and we’re here to provide advice. The time spent with you is deducted from your account in blocks of 15 minutes.
The Virtual Assistant service - it comes free for our web design customers – is ideal for when you need a bit of extra help with the following:

Our help can either be in person here in Abergavenny or we can provide telephone and skype support for those who are unable to get here.
All help is provided or supervised by extremely experienced web site designers and marketeers and Adwords help is supervised by a Google Adwords certified qualified individual.
This means you can be confident that the help and advice you receive will be effective and within the current guidelines. We an offer help with advertising on the search network, the display network or help with monitoring and experimentation to increase the effectiveness of your advertising.
From Quality Score to Optimizer.
Our virtual assistant service can help you with all your questions ranging from how to improve Adwords Quality Score to reduce cost per click to how to run Google Optimizer experiments to improve conversions.
Virtual Assistant fees.
Our Virtual Assistant fees are currently based on £30.00 per hour. You purchase your time in advance (minimum of 1 hour) and then we deduct the time from your account – there is no time limit as to when you can use you time up.
All work undertaken is charged in blocks of 15 minutes so you don’t need to spend all your time in one go!
We offer an out of hours service (outside normal hours of Mon -Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm) which is charged at the equivalent of £40.00 per hour.
Hours of operation of Virtual Assistant Service.
We provide telephone support and email support during normal UK working hours – if we are out of the office on a job then leave a message and we’ll contact you as soon as we get back (please note that non-UK calls must be made via skype or extra telephone charges will be added, extra charges will also be made if you require us to call you back on a mobile phone rather than a landline). If you want help and support outside normal working hours then this can be done by arranging a time in advance. We do not work Sundays though so please take that in to account when asking.
